I am so excited to share with you this piece of my heart that was certainly a long time in the making…and by that, I mean it took a long time for me to develop the courage to strip it all away and truly speak from a place of complete transparency!!! 2020 was a doozie of a year but it taught me more about myself than any of the 41 years that preceded it. Because of this newfound freedom from living behind a mask (long before a pandemic mandated it), I decided that 2021 would be the year that I finally put to rest my raging insecurities, embrace my God given gifts, and finally LIVE (not just talk about or plan) the BOLD authentic life that I was called to live from the moment God set me apart!! (Joshua 1:5)

I am a Christian Counselor, a wife, a mom of three, an avid writer and a forever learner. I’m driven by an overwhelming love for Jesus, my family, myself, & others.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Point University, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.  It is my passion to walk alongside others while encouraging and coaching them on their journey to finding a healthy, whole, authentic relationship with God, themselves, and others.
